Scope of Application:

ACE H6301L Suspension Sterilization Biological Indicator is used for monitoring the effectiveness of low-temperature steam liquid sterilization at 115°C.

Storage Precautions:

Store in a dark place at 5～8°C

Store away from sterilizers and disinfectants

Precautions Before Use:

Confirm the expiration date before use

Confirm the integrity of the biological indicator before use

Use after the product temperature returns to room temperature

Disposal Precautions:

Positive indicators that are not completely sterilized and products beyond the expiration date must be disposed of after sterilization treatment (121°C, 30 minutes)

Usage Instructions:

1. Place the plastic tube into the liquid to be sterilized and proceed with sterilization

2. After sterilization, use a tool to crush the blue-green glass tube, shake several times to mix the culture medium with the spore solution

3. Insert into the dedicated "ACEmini Constant Temperature Incubator (Model: H8200)" and incubate at 35～39°C for 48 hours

4. Positive Control: Incubate the product without sterilization treatment. A positive control must be used for each incubation

Incubation Result Determination:

Negative: The color of the culture medium remains blue-green, indicating complete sterilization

Positive: Refer to the color of the positive control tube; the color of the culture medium changes (blue-green turns yellow)
